~Anonymously : Called to have my service relocated, took over half an hour to actually speak with a human. Who's language was not spanish nor english and was difficult to understand. It's fine, I also have an accent but they should really pay more attention to this issue. Very helpful individual, but I'm changing my service- decided to go somewhere else.

~Anonymously : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymously : For that I would say five out of five.
