~extrerra1: don't be a fool and get rid of cable tv for uverse. I figured for the two years savings it would be worth it, but it is not. The internet is slow, you lose many channels of uverse that you get included with cable, and the customer service really *****! They have scammers at the *** number that are affiliated with "microsoft" technical depts and they will scam you for hundreds of $$$, wouldn't believe it of such a large company but it is ***% true. The only plus is picture quality but we can't watch it on three tv's, that's over our "HD viewing limit", and you can't record four programs at once as they advertise. In reality they should be arrested and not be allowed to ***** the American public.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~extrerra1: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~extrerra1: For that I would say five out of five.

~extrerra1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
