~Granee911: Had dal att upgraded to uverse worked for a week, then boom service cancelled. No one can tell me why. Spent over *hrs on phone. Terrible customer service. They scheduled tech to come out dec. ** between *- ** am no one showed up or called. Another hour spent on phone speaking with mgr. yeah right. Set up service again for Xmas eve will see what happens. They are doing away with dal and migrating as they call it to uverse. Boy did they ***** this up big time! Right at Xmas when you are trying to make online purchases so forth. Will not recommend att to anyone. Good luck to those of you who get updated, hope you don't end up with the same headaches and absolutely no answers from them
