~Customer and hating it.: Had to call to have HBO cancelled after spending ** minutes trying to do it online which is apparently impossible. Why does AT&T make everything so **** difficult. Shouldn't I be able to pull up my plan online and click on a little 'x' next to HBO to remove it??? This is just one more example of AT&T's horrible customer service. If you need to contact them for any reason, be prepared to spend way too much time dealing with the situation...ALWAYS.
