~Stephanie: I had the pleasure of talking to Tim when I called customer service today. He answered promptly and pleasantly. Most important though he is the reason I will stay with AT&T! He was honest and not just trying to make a sale. He sincerely just wanted to help make my experience better for me and catered to what I can afford! Thank you Tim, I wish the sales people in the store were more upfront and honest like you! Commission is something you earn*work for because you put the guest first, put yourself in their shoes, you earn their respect and trust, NOT because you leave out specific details and completely lead them in the wrong direction. Thank God for your customer service people, if it wasn't for them, you might not have anyone in your store to even sell to!!!!!!
