GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T Universal Card customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HOWTORAY5: Wanted to contact emergency services. My ** year old son was in Japan with (*) other students from USA through invitation from Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Junior Ambassadors. He had your AT&T card. Unfortunately, your card had no 'cash advance' feature. He had run out of money where he was and needed extra funds. He called me here in the States and I promptly called AT&T people to come to his aid. Although we had ample credit line available, although I wanted to pay off any balance on card, although I wanted to put extra payment on card to cover all cash advances... your people denied my request to put cash advance feature on card. What kind of emergency services would do this? What do you constitute an emergency? Did you realize you were dealing with a youth **,*** miles away from his parents who gave him your card to 'safely' make it through a foreign land? I did not want a credit increase. I wanted to do whatever was necessary to ensure my son's safety and well-being
