GetHuman-116065: It's really bad to have a new phone and it gets stolen * months later and they replace it with a refurbished one that's the first part. Next they want you to send in your phone that they just sent you before you get another one. Then they tell you your new phone is new (lie) and if u have the *s and they don't u get a * that's bull I think contacting the BBB MIGHT help this we will see.
