~lainys: Called to add an AT&T Unite hotspot to my existing mobile family share plan - with * mobile lines. Hotspot was already paid for (off * yr contract from work). Was told by * different agents that bringing my own hotspot required that I sign up for a new * year contract. The *rd agent claimed the static on the line was bad and that she would call me back - she hung up on me and i never did hear back from her. Wasted * hr ** min between * agents

~lainys: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lainys: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lainys: For that I would say two out of five.
