GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-372016: AT&T's customer service is completely unacceptable. The should not be hiring people to answer English-speaking people's phone calls who DO NOT speak English. I haven't been able to get a hold of a single person who has actually physically been in the United States. We should not have to do service with companies that are looking for cheap labor in other countries but ALL of them do it. It is incredibly frustrating!!

GetHuman-372016: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-372016: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-372016: For that I would say five out of five.
