GetHuman-81463: After being on the phone with U-verse support for *.* hrs with no resolution I contacted the Presidents office for ATT. I spoke with Teresa who was very polite and helpful. The agents I spoke with previous to Teresa, Edsell agent ID ES***C and Sam-YS***D were very rude and made me out as some criminal. I am by myself and have been billed for adult content on my bill which does not belong to me, they refused to listen or even consider that perhaps those charges were not mine. I don't know how or why those charges are on my bill when I have been with ATT for years and they can look at my history where I have never accessed video on demand and nor will I. I am hopeful that after speaking with the Presidents office that we can get this resolved.

GetHuman-81463: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-81463: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-81463: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-81463: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
