GetHuman-311810: Honestly you will never reach a corporate associate on the phone an they make it like this on purpose. The only way is via letter to the corporate office an who has time for that? Overall this company ***** for customer service everyone hangs up on you theyes always reschedule appointments without your consent like our lives are supposed to stop for the amount of wasted promises an time they throw at you. I will absolutely never get Internet service from this company it's a headache an always ends up with the customer frustrated an ready to curse out anyone who picKS up the phone. I just called an asked for a supervisor who did not want to get on the phone instead he or she told the representative what to say. And the representative told me straight forward that they were not trying to get on the phone. He also said that he was going to try an get the technician to come out to my home today, an then admitted shortly after that he doubts they would come today. I really can't believe thi
