GetHuman-253183: I called, and Henry immediately answered and politely, but immediately after he offered to look up my account, the call disconnected with a beep. I called back, and got cut off before even connecting to an agent, twice, the third time someone answered again, but was cut off before even finishing their greeting. This kinda sucked.

GetHuman-253183: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-253183: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-253183: For that I would say one out of five.
