GetHuman-6668: Monthly bill went up and service was changed w*o my okay. "Bob" read from script. Did not listen to my problem or answer specific questions. Made me an offer that would reduce my monthly phone & internet bill but refused to give me details re which levels they were or what the cost would be after one year. Said self install of Uverse was not possible but on the web site it says it is - tech costs $** to install. Refused to email me any details of the offer he made. Offered me his supe who said they could email details. What she sent was three emails containing links that did not outline the offer made. Said they would call back in ** hrs to see if I wanted to change but no one called back. Had a terrible time understanding either person due to accent and background noise.
