~carolinagirl: Much better than cust svc nbr listed on bill. Quick connection. Reached call center in Phillipines, so accent was difficult to understand at times. But, hopefully, George will resolve our bogus long distance charge once and for all. Maybe third time is a charm? It's a shame when a company crams an ** year old widow's phone bill repeatedly!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~carolinagirl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~carolinagirl: For that I would say one out of five.
