~ray: Ran two phone batteries down lost connection, recalled no. with cell had bad connection was transferred to repair service for bad connection. I was just trying to get my phone bill and services changed, they could not verify my address and I've had this service for ***years.I lost *hrs of my day and the problem goes unresolved

~ray: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~ray: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ray: For that I would say four out of five.
