GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-feliciad: One of the worst companies I've ever had to have service with,they route all call's over to India and Philippines ,they have said they would do several things and have never kept one word of what they stated and have said.Doing away with phones and direct TV now in which they now own and will do away with Wi- Fi. Hve no trust they lost all trust with me and my family. Smart TV is the way to go as for your cell phones many other places that have better quality service and better prices as well as better to the best award winning CUSTOMER SERVICE!

GetHuman-feliciad: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-feliciad: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-feliciad: For that I would say two out of five.
