~Johnson: Spent an entire day on the phone with AT&T. They screwed up my installation order even though I made it clear to them that I worked from home and it was crucial that they be here on time. Now they tell me it will take *days to get someone out..I am at risk of losing my job. Thanks to them. Spend the entire day yesterday on the phone with them. Got hung up on several time, spoke to ** different people, transferred more time than I can count. Told that a manager would call me back, that never happened and the final draw was that they said they did not have a customer relations department. My plan now is to completely discontinue my relationship with AT&T ASAP.

~Johnson: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Johnson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Johnson: For that I would say three out of five.

~Johnson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
