~K.d.: This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the reps out of country not understanding and listening to what you need to the supervisor that placed be on hold then transferred me to another department without even giving them a summary of what was going on. I have made a very very very bad decision using AT&T

~K.d.: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~K.d.: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~K.d.: For that I would say one out of five.

~K.d.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
