~RT417: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY CREATED MORE PROBLEMS. I had more problems with the machine by the time I asked for my money back than I did when I called and waited a ridiculous amount of time for them to get to me. Machine is now down the street at a shop correcting the problem THEY CREATED. I had problems with internet connectivity and hung up with the same AND NO VIDEO OUTPUT.

~RT417: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RT417: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Acer's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RT417: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Acer customers?
