GetHuman-156628: I had a battery that wouldn*€*t charge * months after I bought it at a BX and was told by the Acer customer rep that they would register the computer but couldn*€*t ship the battery to a military base overseas. When I returned to the States they told me that the unit was never registered and they told couldn*€*t help me without registering it. I tried to register the computer then they wanted a receipt and had no record of any previous conversation with their tech rep. This is the last Acer anything I*€*ll buy. Service ***, Quality of support ***, basically I wasted my money.
