GetHuman-154616: I have been trying for days to get technical support from Adobe. I spent over * hour with someone who couldn't fix anything and I asked to be escalated, which she said we would need to do. She promised me that Escalation would call me. Never called. Next day, I called again. Was told that Escalation would call me (can't call escalation directly). No call. Today, I've been on the phone for hours. Finally, was told that they would transfer me to Escalation NOW. I' e been on hold on this line for ** minutes. I'm using another phone and was told that she would be transferring me. Now ** minutes. No transfer yet. Absolutely terrible service!
