GetHuman-144116: Shame on Adobe: Conceivably the worst support ever experienced* makes Microsoft (the previous low mark) shine like a star. The wait box only allows ** minutes. I made sure to stay on the line and after * hours and ** minutes, I got a person who could barely speak English. After another ** minutes I got disconnected...AND, they had my phone number to call back. Never did!
