~oatring: Tried to buy a battery through their website using a **% promotion. Wouldn't let me select a store to see if I could do a local pickup. Actually went to the store, and the battery was available. The local store wouldn't honor the on-line promo, but I couldn't use the website to get the promo.*Ended up buying the battery (you usually go battery shopping when you need one!) and paid $** more than I should have if the website would have worked.*Contacted customer service and got blown off. *The wait time for on-line chat wasn't bad, but I've been waiting for a manager to contact me for quite a while now. Sears, as bad as that is, is infinitely better than AAP.
