~ScottishSam : I began calling AMD via the online telephone service (nice feature) and also by the published hours of operation. First off it is disgraceful when a company has incorrect hours of operation listed and when you cannot get hold f "anyone" in: Tech Support* Marketing or Customer Service for the last ** minutes of any day let alone a day when your company is allowing you off WORK at *PM on a Friday. Could be that the employees have decided that as the company is not doing well then they should begin depressing themselves, their potential customers and all others they come into contact with. Start firing some of these folks as you cannot do worse with a new hire who at the very least displays enthusiasm and a great attitude to "potential" buyers of product.
