GetHuman-352866: I purchased some items from aeropostale online but never received it in the mail. Eventually, I found out that the items were shipped to totally wrong address. I was expecting them to give me some discount and ship the items back to me immediately, but the result was negative. Finally, I got my refund. I will never purchase anything from aeropostale online. Customer service is ***** also.
