~Utpalendu Sarkar: AGODA not contactable.They cheat customers in collusion with hotels in India.My booking ID ***** for Varanasi hotel was a waste and came back hurriedly for want of room in Hotel Heritage Inn at Varanasi as they shifted to a small hotel far off from promised location.The hotel refused to cancel my booking as well as to provide promised accommodation at the same hotel.I came back curtailing my tour period by spending extra money for Air Ticket.I shall complain to Consumer forum in India soon.
