GetHuman-konstanc: I reserved a room and was shown a room on the website that was not even on the same property
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-konstanc: We showed up for our booking and was shown a terrible dirty room and when we asked about the room I booked, with photos and everything, they said they don't have one. When we were leaving they then offered us another room, after telling us that there were no more rooms available. They are racist and theives. They then told us that we still have to pay per booking.com policy, and I never booked with booking.com

GetHuman-konstanc: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-konstanc: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Agoda's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-konstanc: For that I would say four out of five.
