~Jennifer Huong : April the girl help me very nice, I gave her the booking *, and she could not see any reservation I had, she try many different way, like by email, my name, my credit card that I pay, and what hotel that I book...But she did not see my name, and finally she gave me the phone * of the hotel, so I can check to see if I have the reservation. Agoda charge to my credit card on the same day. I email to the hotel, but they did not respond to my email. So I am going to call the credit card to dispute this transaction, even I know that this booking is no refundable. I will never go thru with the third party any more.

~Jennifer Huong : I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jennifer Huong : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Agoda's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jennifer Huong : For that I would say one out of five.
