GetHuman-109427: We would like to complaint about the hotel you recommended in hanoi..golden lotus hotel..on april ** we reached no.** GLH at *.**am and request the receptionist for early room check in...he said we are booked for the new hotel GL Luxury Hotel) no.**..we moved from the old one to new one...after tat,the receptionist at the luxury hotel said sorry the room is fully booked so we cant early check in..ok,fine..we said ok but we would like to have a shower before go to our whole day trip..the guy said ok but need to pay...after few mins checking,he said oh no,the room also fully booked so they cant offer the shower for us..after negotiate for few times,the guy said he cant make the decisions so need to wait for the MANAGER came by *am..ok, we wait until *am..the manager came and he said sorry but really cant helpus on the request..actually we are fine with that...Then we went for our day trip and left the luggages at the luxury hotel..*The ridiculous thing happened when we finished the the t
