~Loren: For those who use Agoda to book hotels, just know they are even worse on the property owner side. My small business has been on Agoda for several months. We have not been paid for a single booking through Agoda. They picket all the money and we have to give away our runs for free. They do not allow us any contact with guests and refuse to send anyone directions and maps to our property, so anyone booking through them spend a few hours driving around and arrives miserable. I've been emailing their costumer service since DECEMBER (it's March now) and they will only reply telling me all complaints go through one person, ************ , who does not respond to any contact, so no one else will help. We've lost a ton of money and can't even get them to remove us from their site. A complete nightmare!!

~Loren: For that I would say one out of five.

~Loren: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Agoda to know who you are.
