~hisangel: I haven't been able to afford gas services because of the high gas prices. My services have been disconnected and I have a bill that is $****. To reconnect with reconnection fee and deposit will be at least $****. I am a single mom and I was told that services are restored on a "first come, first serve basis". Today is Friday so I can't get any services restored until Monday. The weather has been extremely cold and I have had to find other ways to heat my house. This is the "ONLY" utility service that I have with this policy and there should be an exception to this policy because of the cold weather. Attention Management team.. would you consider changing your policy?
