~S: I just had two people in a row HANG UP ON ME, because they didnt know how to resolve my problem. I need to set up service at my new apartment, which is currently set up under the apartments name. I need to switch the apartment to my name, and they apparantly do not know how to do this. Very frustrating to have someone hang up on you after you have already invested ** minutes of your time. Even more frustrating to have it happen twice. I was very polite to the customer service rep, they just do not know how to do their jobs.

~S: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~S: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Alagasco's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~S: For that I would say one out of five.
