GetHuman-371356: Called for a tow truck. Said they would be there in * hour. Called back after * hr. All they kept asking was for my membership number. They had no record of my call. Talked to * different people (foreign) they could not understand me, I could not understand them. Took * hours ** minutes for tow truck to show up (after repeated calls). This service is HORRIBLE. They said the reason I had trouble was the service provider would not accept my call -- because they are so CHEAP!!! What are they in business for -- TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. NO SERVICE.
