Don't expect to be in good hands, the only good hand is Allstate's holding it out for the premiums.**Agent who registered my claim missed out most of the info. Follow up call took almost an hour to finish. And even though, they screwed this us, they still have the nerve to have an attitude on the call.**I am not a customer of Allstate (one of their smashed into my car) but dealing with them most definitely prevented me from ever considering becoming one.
