~trust1414: Allstate Customer Center,**I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I became a customer of Allstate and paid the first months bill. After one month I contacted Allstate and Angela King my broker to cancel the policy. I was placed on hold numerous times. Nobody was able to help me cancel my policy. When I did speak with Angela King she was extremely rude. She accused me of being a liar and refused to cancel my policy. I then recieved a bill for $** from Allstate. I have told my friends and family of my experience with Allstate and will continue to do so. The sad thing is I recently purchased a boat and a new vehicle and would have called Allstate.**Please contact me if you wish to discuss this further and in more detail.**Tracy Hooten**(***) ***-****
