GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~srdowns: I stayed home all day for my delivery, with a guaranteed delivery time of *:** pm. Package did not arrive. Called customer service and the rep was not helpful at all. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep got upset and put me on hold for over ten minutes. When a supervisor did come on the line, her attitude was "what do you want me to do about it?" This is the first time that their customer service department made no attempt to make things right. The phone call lasted over ** minutes, was put on hold four different times, and amazon didn't even attempt to try and make things right.

~srdowns: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~srdowns: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~srdowns: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
~srdowns: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
