GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-77933: Took ** Minutes to get an agent on the phone, another * minutes on hold while the agent talked with UPS about my shipping status, which at this point was * days late, as the tracking info said it was out for delivery on Tuesday (this is Saturday). And will somebody from Amazon go on hold and listen to how badly distorted the crappy music*is that they play while we wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait...*see, isn't that annoying. I have now been on this call for ** minutes. UPS apparently LOST my package. Amazon got my money on ****. it has been ten days. Nobody from Amazon or UPS notified us that the order was lost until I called them. Ridiculous. Finally, after ** minutes, Eric (amazon agent) notified me they will resend it and it should arrive by Monday. I'll believe it when I see it.
