GetHuman-126957: These people are not very good with how they do business, they let someone else sign me up for a cosigner i had no knowledge of, they did not contact me to confirm my information for cosigning, the only time they could get my correct address was when they were sending collections notices, how come you couldnt find it when it was time to verify the information on the loan application, i could have told you then i was not agreeing to it, the process for fraud is incredibly long, ive spent shorter time trying to prove a cell phone fraud case than this, no communication at all from them, when you call to check they tell you oh the lender determines if its fraud but we dont have a number for you to check the status of your fraud case you just have to wait.
