~anonymous: This people are ignorant! They state that they provide services that cannot deliver. They only show lack of information about what they should know to be able to evaluate documents. Needless to say, horrible costumer service! This rude lady was screaming at me and trying to talk over me the whole time. People should be aware of what they are getting thrown in when they try to use their inefficient services. They just want to take your money, hiding behind their fees.
