GetHuman-238322: Worst company EVER. Denying my request to change my due date and forbearance, they will call *-* times a day asking when I can pay. I've told them multiple times when I get paid. After getting fed up with the calls I answered and requested to speak to a manager. I had researched and found that once a debt collector has been requested to stop calling, the calls must stop. I began requesting to the manager to only contact me in written form, then I was promplty hung up on. Really? Great customer service. I caught them in their error and he wasn't even a man enough to admit it.
