~Tricia LaBar: They have moved their customer service to India and have no email to contact. I have had my card for ** years. Now I am going to cancel and I hate that because I have enjoyed my card and points but will not support companies that export peoples jobs.

~Tricia LaBar: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Tricia LaBar: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Tricia LaBar: For that I would say five out of five.
