~Elke: Probably the worst customer service and least knowledgeable representatives I have experienced in my lifetime to date and I am now ** years old. No one at their customer service really seems to know what is proper procedure but they are very willing to take your money out you on hold til eternity and transfer you so many times until you just give up in helpless despair.
