~Not Happy: I do not know if this is the right place to comment on Ipod performance *if not, could you let me know where* but I feel the need to express my concern of the unusually trying experience that I have had with transferring my music from my pc to my ipod. Normally not one to complain. I have had very inexpensive devices that do not have the quality the ipod has. I like the craftsmanship of the ipod. It is the TIME involved in transferring. I get so frustrated with this.

~Not Happy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Not Happy: For that I would say four out of five.
