GetHuman-396819: I spoke with a manager in the Fraud Department. The person I spoke with could not have been more helpful and understanding of a major problem that involved receipt of the wrong hardware.

GetHuman-396819: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
