GetHuman-krickets: Customer service mortifying. I was humiliated in front of at least ** guests.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-krickets: Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was scolded by the hostess, after being told I wasn't her problem. We were never given menus, our server brought out dinner, and then realized he forgot to put our appetizer in. We were never given silverware. At this point I limped (I am handicapped ) upto the hostess stand. I was cut off by the incompetent staff member portraying a hostess, she proclaimed "it wasn't her fault ". I told her she obviously didn't care, and she replied with "nope"...... And to top the experience off, I was treated this way in front of a waiting line of at least ** ppl. Later I read the reviews for this store. * out of * stars. Not surprised.**Discusted.
