GetHuman-226245: First off I order car side to go I go in to pick my order... then lady informs me I have to wait because there systems are down.... ** minutes later I said how long will this take my food is getting cold.... frustrated by this time she asked another male employee what was she supposed to do about cashing out my order in the mean time my food is sti getting cold... she then told me and a gentlemen next to me we can just have our meals then says wait I have to ask if that is ok???? This is now horrible and frustrating me more mind u this woman was digging through trash cans to find out receipts. I ended up pay ** dollars after a ** minute wait and cold food thats horrible customer service and for the lack of customer service and all the issues I should have receieved my food for free !!!!! I spent a lot of money at this applebees and my service tonight was highly ridiculous!!!!
