~Andrea : I was wanting to make a curbside order for bone in wings & Soup. I requested only the flats of the wings & not the drummets. Brandon told me he could request it but it was up to the cooks if they wanted to pull out just the flats. I did ask that if the customer requested just flats & you put that on the order, wouldn't they do their job. He said just depended on their mood & how busy they were. He could not guarantee my order. I said ok, I'll go to another restaurant (Fat Patty's) locally owned & willing to take my order for wings. Very disappointing in today's competitive market that customers are not put first, especially when a request is not difficult. So for today, you lost business at the Barboursville WV location. I recently visited your location outside of white sulphur springs WV & placed the same order & Savanah our wAitress was amazing. We even took the time to speak with the manager on duty because she embodied what a server should be.

~Andrea : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Applebee's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Andrea : For that I would say one out of five.

~Andrea : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Applebee's to know who you are.
