GetHuman-408924: I went to Applebee's in Mansfield Tx on December ** ****. I ordered a cheeseburger and I wanted it well done. The burger was pink inside and the fries that came with the burger were cold. My grandmother ordered a burger as well and it fell apart when she picked it up as if someone poured water on it. My grandfather ordered ribs.**A few minutes later, a man came out and said "What did you order? We have no more ribs." My grandfather was upset because he only went to have the ribs. A manager that seemed to be from the middle east came out a few minutes later and threw a menu on the table and said, "Order something else." The food was terrible and the service was worse. My grandfather and I both couldn't believe the attitude of the manager, sure glad I don't work there. I will not be dining at Applebee's ever again.
