~SisterSusie: Ordered the pecan crusted chicken salad because I love it, but they didn't make it like it was described in the menu. What is a customer supposed to do? Am I required to instruct the waitress and the cook? Am I supposed to tell them, "I want the salad, please. I want it made per the description in your menu. I WILL recognize if it is not, so don't try to serve something that is sub par. If you do, I will not pay for it, and I will go across the street to Chili's."
