~Tina: purchased * for $** and was told our entrees come with * sides. ordered baked potatoes for both and I was told there is a $*.** up charge for baked potato. But it is a side I said so why am I being charged an up charge? Manager told be it is a franchise decision etc. Very disappointed about that. I eat there all the time and that is a totally ridiculous charge. I may rethink spending my money now since the charges are preposterous.

~Tina: For that I would say five out of five.
